👉 1. I am a current ICC Dispute Resolution Library client, how can I login to access it now that it is hosted on Jus Mundi?

If you are an ICC DRL client, you will have received an email with an invitation link from our Care team to register and create your account on Jus Mundi.

Once you have clicked that link, setting up your account is easy. All you need to do is:

  • Confirm your email address.

  • Complete the form with your first and last name, and then create your new password.

After this, you will be able to access the ICC DRL on Jus Mundi.

⚠️ If you are an ICC DRL client and you have not received an activation link, please write to us at care@jusmundi.com. Don’t hesitate to double-check your spam folder.

⚠️ If you are both an ICC DRL and a Jus Mundi Legal Practice client, you can use the same credentials for both accounts.

👉 2. How can I have a free trial of the ICC DRL?

2a. I am not a Jus Mundi Client:

👉 3. I am an ICC Dispute Resolution Library client, can I also benefit from all of Jus Mundi’s premium features? 3.1: I am a Jus Mundi client, can I also benefit from the ICC DRL?

Both subscriptions for the ICC DRL and Jus Mundi remain independent, even though it will now be the same entry point to access them. In practice, it means that current ICC users will access the Library via Jus Mundi as of October 1st, 2022. Other users of Jus Mundi will not be able to access the ICC DRL.

ICC DRL users without a Jus Mundi subscription will not be able to access Jus Mundi’s premium features. If you wish to try Jus Mundi's premium features, you can always sign up for a demo and free 7-day trial, which is accessible via our home page. After following the steps to register for a free trial (see point 2a of this FAQ), you will have access to Jus Mundi’s Legal Research package tools.
