👉 What kind of resources does the Oxford University Press Law Library offer?

The Oxford University Press Law Library provides a rich collection of international law and arbitration resources as well as insights from renowned practitioners. Access a unique combination of books and journals covering issues across key topics in Investment Arbitration, International Trade Law, and Public International Law.

The Jus Mundi database will add nine books and three journals from Oxford University Press' extensive and renowned publication catalog, penned by some of the most prominent names in the field, including Nigel Blackaby, KC; Irmgard Marboe; Constantine Partasides, KC; Alan Redfern; Noah Rubins; Borzu Sabahi; Don Wallace Jr.; and Katia Yannaca-Small.

The Library includes access to the latest editions of key publications like the foremost treatise on international arbitration, Redfern and Hunter on International Arbitration; the highly respected, Calculation of Compensation and Damages in International Investment Law; and the most authoritative and famous investment law journal, the ICSID Review – Foreign Investment Law Journal.

👉 How can I get access to the Oxford University Press Law Library at Jus Mundi?

There are two ways to access the Oxford University Press Law Library:

  • Via Jus Mundi Product section on the top bar on the right of the dropdown menu. Go to the “Product” in the drop-down menu under “Intelligence”. You will see an icon named “OUP”. Click on it, you will go directly to the Oxford University Press Law Library landing page.

👉 On Jus Mundi Search Engine, why are some documents blurred and others only have a preview of the text?

You will need to subscribe to Jus Mundi and add OUP to your subscription to have access to Jus Mundi and Oxford University Press Law Library content. If you don’t have a Jus Mundi Legal Practice subscription or if you are not logged in to your account, you will notice that Jus Mundi content is blurred and only a preview of the OUP content.

❗ In order to have access to Oxford University Press Law Library content on Jus Mundi, you will need a Jus Mundi subscription first. You can choose to add OUP to your existing Jus Mundi subscription. Without a Jus Mundi subscription, you will not be able to subscribe to OUP alone on Jus Mundi.

👉 Can I search only documents from the Oxford University Press Law Library?

In Publications, you can search only documents from the Oxford University Press Law Library by using the Publisher filter.

You will find an OUP logo on all documents from the Oxford University Press Law Library to differentiate them from Jus Mundi documents.
