🔐 How to log into your account: Two Step Verification Process

As part of our commitment to protect your personal information Jus Mundi account, we have enabled a 2-step verification process, adding an extra layer of security to your account and reducing the risk of account impersonation.


👉 How can I access my individual account?

To access your individual account, click on “login” on https://jusmundi.com/en and input the email address linked to your Jus Mundi account and your password.

You will then see the below screen.

You will receive an authentication code via e-mail that will allow you to proceed to log into your account 🪄✨

💡 You didn’t receive the e-mail? Make sure to check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, check with your organization’s IT team, to make sure that e-mails and communications from Jus Mundi aren’t being blocked.
Don’t forget to add noreply@jusmundi.com to your contact list to be able to receive the email with the code

If the problem persists, you can click on “request new code” or contact the Care team via the chat or via email.


👉 I forgot my Jus Mundi password, what should I do?

If you forgot your password, you can click on this link to reset your password or directly on the link available on the login page. 👇

Once you have reset your password, you can proceed with the login and the 2-step verification process explained above.

⚠️ In order to retrieve the authentication code and/or reset your password, you will need to access the inbox of the email linked to your account.


👉 I did not log out of my account, why I am required to log back in following the 2-step verification process?

Once you log into your account using the 2-step verification process, you will stay logged in on the device you are using for 6 months. For security reasons, you will be required to log back into your account following the 2-step verification after 6 months from your last login.


❓I would like to log into my account from my phone or another device, is that possible?

Yes! You can log into your account from up to 3 different devices. When logging into a 4th device with the same account, you will be automatically logged out of your oldest session. For every new session, you will be required to follow the 2-step verification process.


👉 I can’t access the email address linked to my Jus Mundi account, what should I do?

Do you have a subscription ?

  • I have a paid subscription You can contact the Care Team via the live chat or via email at care@jusmundi.com - we’ll be happy to support you!

  • I am a student participating in a Moot Court Competition with free access to Jus Mundi You can contact the Care Team via the live chat or via email at care@jusmundi.com - we’ll be happy to support you!

  • I don’t have a paid subscription You can simply change the e-mail address linked to your account under “settings”.

  • I am a student from a University with paid subscription You can simply change the e-mail address linked to your account under “settings”.


👉 I clicked on the link but it says my link is expired or invalid, what should I do?

The authentication code can only be used once and will be valid for 10 minutes from the moment you received it. If the code has expired, you can click on “request a new code” to get a new one and finalize your login.
