You can access it by clicking on the icon "My Alerts" at the top right side of any page:

If you want to access "My Alerts" by an IP premium access:

"My Alerts" is a personal feature. You will need to create an individual account to use it. It is easy and free of charge for clients with the Legal Practice Subscription.

1 - When you click on "add to alerts," it will show a banner saying you are using IP access and a link to request an individual account.

2 - Once you made the request, our Care team will send you an invitation link to create your account.

3 - If you are a client, you can always request by email to care@jusmundi.com individual accounts free of charge.

When you are looking at an arbitrator profile, you can click on the button "Add to alerts":

When looking at a document, you can start following that case by clicking "Add to alerts" button, just above the title of the case:

πŸ‘‰ When will I receive an alert for an Arbitrator?

You will receive an alert when there are new appointments or any new documents added on Jus Mundi related to this Arbitrator, including new awards or disqualification decisions.

πŸ‘‰ When will I receive an alert for a Case?

You will receive an alert in these situations:

  • Whenever the status of the case changed.

  • If a new document is added to the case.

πŸ‘‰ Is there a maximum number of arbitrators and/or cases I can follow?

Yes, you can only add a maximum of 10 alerts for arbitrators and 10 alerts for cases.

πŸ‘‰ What should I do if I reached the maximum and I want to add a new arbitrator or case to follow?

In this case, if you are following 10 arbitrators or 10 cases, then you will need to remove one to add a new one. You can manage your alerts in "my alerts" on the top bar.

Yes, you need to click on "please notify me also by email"

No, all the notifications are sent at the same time.

First, you need to access Jus Mundi with your individual account

If you have a new notification, you will be able to see it in the top bar.

No. You can only have access to this feature if you have a Legal Practice subscription.

I have a Legal Practice subscription, can I track cases and arbitrators?

Yes, with your legal practice subscription, you can track both Cases and Arbitrators.

Can I use "My Alerts" during my Free trial?

No, "My Alerts" are only for Legal Practice subscriptions.

I have already a subscription to "Legal Practice", do I need to pay an extra fee to have "My Alerts"?

No, "My Alerts" is included inside your "Legal Practice" subscription period.
