šŸ‘‰ What kind of resources does the ICC Dispute Resolution Library offer?

The ICC Dispute Resolution Library includes a range of key documents, such as awards, ICC Dispute Resolution Bulletins, Statistical Reports, Procedural Decisions, Commission Reports, the ICC Enforcement Guide, and other publications, including the Dossiers of the ICC Institute of World Business Law, and the Secretariatā€™s Guide to ICC Arbitration.

šŸ‘‰ How can I access the ICC Dispute Resolution Library?

There are two ways to access the ICC Dispute Resolution Library:

  • Via our Jus Mundi Product section found in the center of our menu. Click on the link labeled ā€œProduct.ā€ A drop-down menu will appear. You will see an icon labeled ā€œICC DRL.ā€ Once clicked, you will be taken to the ICC DRL landing page.

šŸ‘‰ How can I use Jus Mundiā€™s premium features with ICC Dispute Resolution Library?

  • The search engine with the search bar and the publication filters can be used to help users conduct their research and find the most relevant content within the ICC DRL.

  • Monitoring the latest publications of the ICC DRL is possible by creating search alerts.

  • The folder feature allows you to save your research progress.

šŸ‘‰ On the search engine, why are some documents blurred and others not?

If you donā€™t have a Jus Mundi subscription or are not logged in to your Individual Account, you will notice that some documents on Jus Mundiā€™s search engine are blurred, while others are not. This is because all ICC Dispute Resolution Library documents are visible within our search engine to everyone. However, this is not the case for Jus Mundi documents. If you donā€™t have a Jus Mundi subscription or are not logged in with your account, you will find Jus Mundiā€™s documents blurred.

šŸ‘‰ Can I search only documents from the ICC Dispute Resolution Library? Yes, you can search for documents within the ICC Dispute Resolution Library by using the Publisher filter.

All documents from the ICC DRL will be noted with the ICC logo to differentiate them from Jus Mundiā€™s documents.
